Fridays from 9am to 5pm; closed for lunch from 12pm to
12:30pm. It is maintained by Heather Moody, a highly qualified
person who is skilled in reception, administration, and
accounting. She is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in
medical office management.
We recommend our patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to the
scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
Last appointments scheduled are 4pm for new patients and
4:30pm for follow-up patients. We welcome patients whose
primary language is not English. We encourage patients to bring
an interpreter, whether a friend or family member, of their own
vernacular. Some medical insurance may or may not cover the
cost for a professional interpreter. Our office resources can
provide professional interpreter services. Please keep in mind
when scheduling an appointment that it takes a minimum of 72
hours to arrange interpreter services.
